There's a big d...I think you're overly optimistic. There's a big difference between "primed for longer-lasting solutions" and "tired of fighting but not ready to reconcile." The country is fairly paralyzed still and the government coalitions are still apparently not ready to cooperate. I think the data coming out of Iraq is not convincing or decisive enough to warrant such tremendous optimism, and if it is, why hasn't there been broader acceptance of it?
